Applicants for this visa category are accredited officers of a foreign government recognized by the Philippines, who are citizens of the country whose government they represent, and are proceeding to the Philippines on official business for his government.
The following are the requirements for a foreign government official visa:

1. Passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay in the Philippines;
2. Duly Accomplished visa application form; and
3. Note Verbale from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (for Australian applicants) or the applicant’s respective Embassy or Consulate in Australia.
4. One (1) passport-size photograph of the applicant;
